About
Welcome to my page! I'm Marina Stancev, Digital Designer with more than 8 years of professional experience working in a number of different industries however, most of my experience stems from Tech, E-commerce, Advertising, Fashion and Art Education. Mostly I worked in Marketing, Growth and E-commerce departments together as a part of a thriving team filled with other creatives, marketing and project managers. I also have experience of running my own small design studio and engaging with different projects and clients at the same time while collaborating with other creatives.

Life is all about the experience so I always try to push myself forward to learn and implement the latest technologies on the market into my work. I am an expert in Adobe Creative Suite programs, but I am also proficient in CSS and HTML coding. Including .gif, voice and animation has been mandatory nowadays and I always find a way how to communicate with the customers using all tools technology has given.
Continued Professional Development (CPD) Illustration course LCCA
TEACHING STRATEGY

London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is an institution located in the heart of Central London and is never more than a few steps away from artistic inspiration. In the School of Visual Media & Fashion, they provide career-focused programmes which strive to help each and every one of their students to gain hands-on experience in their chosen industry, as well as obtaining the relevant theoretical knowledge needed to embark upon a successful career.
LCCA has various CPD courses and I was teaching an Illustration Course. I had a group of fifteen people from different age groups and professional backgrounds who wanted to work more on understanding Illustration and its purpose in both analogue and digital media. As a tutor, I introduced them to classic and modern illustrators and different techniques. They developed drawing and observational skills while exploring the art of working with graphite pencils, charcoal, pastels watercolours and collage. It was an opportunity to try things out that can give satisfaction for many years to come.
I encouraged all my students to develop in their own way. At the end of CPD Course, I organised a small Exhibition within LCCA with their best work, so students could sense a feeling of accomplishment and reward.
